Students Changing Course

1. Students must complete Student Request Form. New Offer Letter and Acceptance Agreement will be issued.
2. Student must sign variation to existing International Student Acceptance Agreement (Acceptance Agreement).
3. On receipt of the signed Acceptance Agreement for new course, a new eCoE will be created within 10 working days and before the student commences their course.
4. The student’s course variation will be recorded on PRISMS, as will Student Enrolled in same/another course (same Provider) against original eCoE.

Students who have completed a program and are applying to for new a program follow the application process.
