Student Services
Mercury Institute staff can be approached to gain advice on academic and personal issues. Staff at Mercury Institute will offer professional and confidential advice in areas where they can help and will ensure that all efforts are taken to ensure a positive learning experience is achieved.
Whilst all staff employed by Mercury Institute have the responsibility to provide support to all students, the RTO shall nominate a ‘Student Support Officer(s)’ who will be available to all students, on an appointment basis, through the standard RTO hours of business.

- Medical and Emergency Services
- Safety and Security
- Academic Support
- Career Development Workshops
- LLN and Technology Support
