Course Outline
These 5 units are core units of CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. CPP41419 reflects the role of real estate professionals who apply knowledge of real estate practice legal agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to conduct real estate functions.
This qualification applies to people working in both residential and commercial property, including business broking, and stock and station transactions.
NSW Fair Trading requires to complete these 5 units prior to applying for a Certificate of Registration.

Course Duration and Delivery
The Diploma of Leadership and Management course will be delivered online through Zoom Platform for 2-5 days and then the students will have up to 3 months to submit all the required works.

RPL and Credit Transfer
Mercury Institute of Victoria will offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer to all students at the time of enrolment. RPL enables students who have not undertaken the unit or equivalent, but have the required knowledge and skills, to demonstrate competency for the unit in an assessment only pathway. An RPL kit is available for candidates wishing to apply for RPL and information sessions are available to support the candidates in their application.
